Shalom and welcome to Israel!!
On arrival to Israel you will transfer to our hotel in Tel Aviv and enjoy and nice dinner buffet!
You can have a nice evening walk at the beach or an early night after the long flight!

Saturday, March 10, 2018:
We wake up at the Mediterranean Sea and enjoy our Israeli breakfast buffet.
After (a late) breakfast, Joan Hunter will welcome you all to Israel, update you on the tour and introduce some of the special guests. We will then visit Old City Jaffa port - reputed to be one of the oldest ports in the world, notably being the port from which Jonah set off in the famous Biblical story of Jonah and the Whale. It was here Peter stayed for a while at Simon the Tanners house were also Peter prayed for Tabitha as she rose from the dead. After a beautiful tour on the beach side, we return to our hotel for dinner.

Sunday, March 11, 2018:
Caesarea by the Sea - Mt Carmel - Cana - Tiberias
We start the day by driving north along the Mediterranean Sea and end up in ancient Caesarea - a port built by Herod the Great. We then continue to Mt Carmel where Elijah called down fire from heaven before we continue to Cana were Jesus turned the water into wine. We arrive to Tiberias by the Sea of Galilee check in and dinner!

Monday, March 12, 2018:
Mount Beatitudes - Sea of Galilee - Fish lunch in Ein Gev - Capernaum - Primacy of Peter - Magadala
In the morning we drive up to Mt Beatitudes were Jesus gave the Sermon on the Mount. We continue down to the Ancient boat - the Jesus boat - at Nof Ginosar and take the wooden boats out on the Sea of Galilee. We enjoy sailing on the miracle lake before getting a shore on the other side or a special Peter fish lunch at the beautiful Ein Gev. We then drive to Capernaum and on to the Primacy of Peter located at Tabgha at the Sea of Galilee. It was here that Peter saw Jesus from the boat and jumped in to meet him. Jesus had prepared breakfast for them. We then continue to the ancient town of Magdala and the newly excavated synagogue where Jesus preached. Dinner at our Hotel.

Tuesday, March 13, 2018:
Baptism in Jordan River - Jordan Valley - Dead Sea - Jerusalem
We begin our day at the Jordan river for those who want to be baptized. Continue south through Jordan Valley - pass Jericho and stop for a swim at the Dead Sea. Continue to Jerusalem for a Welcome ceremony overlooking Jerusalem. Dinner at our hotel.

Wednesday, March 14, 2018:
Shilo - Beit-El - Mt of Olives -Gethsemane - Jerusalem
We start the day going to Samaria and to Shiloh were Joshua divided the land between the tribes and were the tabernacle stood for almost 400 years. The end of these 400 years Hannah prayed her famous prayer and Samuel was born. We will enjoy a very special presentation of this historic place, have a special lunch and gathering here. On the way back to Jerusalem, we will stop at Beit-El and see the place of Jacob's dream. Afterwards we return to Jerusalem and continue to the Mount of Olives with a breathtaking view of the Old City and the Temple mount. We walk down and arrive to the Gethsemane Garden. We go back to our hotel for dinner.

Thursday, March 15, 2018:
Garden Tomb - Upper Room - Jewish Quarter - Western Wall
We start the morning entering the Garden Tomb for communion. Visit the Upper room and the Jewish Quarter in the Old City and Continue to the famous Western Wall. We go back to our hotel for dinner.

Friday, March 16, 2018:
Yad Vashem (Holocaust Museum) / FOZ (Friends of Zion) / Free time in City / Shopping
The Holocaust Museum is a must to honor and remember the thousands of Jews who lost their life in the Second World War. We will also visit Friends of Zion in the heart of Jerusalem - a newly open multimedia museum telling about Christians who played an important role for the Jewish people and their land, Israel. We will then also let you have some time for shopping before we go back to our hotel for dinner.

Saturday, March 17, 2018:
Lion gate - Bethesda Dam - Via Dolorosa - Old City - Jewish Quarter - Western Wall
We enter into the Old City again this morning via the Lion Gate and continue to the Bethesda Dam were Jesus healed the lame man. We walk Via Dolorosa through the Christian and Jewish quarter of the Old City.

Sunday, March 18, 2018:
This is our departure day but for those who are not leaving until later this day, we will have some more for you - and a special dinner before we head for the airport!
