Excursions and the ship's daily activity schedule will help create our group's *day-by-day itinerary. A custom selection of excursions will be provided to all registered guests about 8 weeks prior to departure. A daily itinerary outline will be provided to everyone at our Welcome Program on December 27th, and your hosts will announce all group activities directly to your personal device on a regular basis. Additionally, our 24-hour Hospitality Desk will provide our group with a neutral site meeting place and information center with details on our special events and activities..

KAREN ELFENBEIN: Karen acquired the travel bug at a young age and has been exploring new places, meeting new people, and learning about different cultures ever since.  In 2016, Karen joined Best-Day Adventures as an assistant to Tour Leader Bill Cartiff. Together they have led scores of Jewish travelers from the beautiful Caribbean Seas to the rain forests of Costa Rica and from the richness of Israel to the charms of the European cities.  Karen's excitement of experiencing what the world has to offer is exemplified by her outstanding customer service skills, tour leadership abilities and her ardent desire to create enriching travel experience for others.  She is driven to lead other across the globe by this favorite quote: "Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. ELIZABETH BERMAN: Elizabeth's lifelong passion for travel was ignited during her youth on the family adventures across the globe. This early exposure to diverse cultures sparked her interest in languages, people and exploring the world through not only her experiences but through the eyes of others. As a foreign language teacher, she fostered connections with others which led her through roles in public relations and special event planning. Now with Ayelet Tours, Elizabeth's mission is to ensure that every traveler experiences the carefree dream vacation that they always wished for. Her caring and attentive personality coupled with contagious enthusiasm and positive energy creates an incomparable warm & welcoming environment on all of her tours. When not traveling Elizabeth cherishes moments at home with her husband Arnold and beloved dog, Gabriel, and can often found by the shore with a good book and chocolate in hand.
