My husband and I took our 12 1/2 year old granddaughter to Israel where she celebrated her Bat Mitzvah atop of Masada. The Ayelet tour was a most meaningful experience for the three of us. We were delighted with the agenda, our accommodations and traveling with a most enjoyable group of fellow participants. Ayelet made sure that the trip was educational, fun and exciting for both first time and return visitors to Israel. It was such a pleasure to travel worry-free. We never had to worry about timing, baggage, or logistics---we could just enjoy the amazing country of Israel, learn about its history from our knowledgeable guides and enjoy it's beauty.

I recently went on Rabbi Chizner’s group trip to Israel through Ayelet Tours and have to tell you how pleased I was with the entire process. From beginning to end, the trip was wonderful. We had a great itinerary that had something for every age group in our trip. The kids were entertained, the parents were pleased and the grandparents were happy.

Our guide was fabulous. She dealt with the various needs of our group flawlessly. Although we seemed to dawdle a bit, she managed to keep us on time and on track, all with a smile on her face.

The B’nei Mitzvah ceremony was just one example of this. Because she got us going early, we were able to get a fabulous place right next to the wall. It was perfect. And how did you arrange for the good weather?

I have to tell you that we are the family that got sick. We got a stomach bug (probably on the plane from NY) and your agent in Jerusalem, Sarale Danon found us a doctor that came to the hotel room. Dr. Goldsmith saw the entire family, prescribed the drugs we should use and was very helpful with his advice. You were also able to find a private guide/driver for us so we could still see Masada and the Dead Sea before catching up with our group. I am forever thankful that my family did not miss out on this important part of the itinerary.

Admittedly that my husband did not want to go on this trip. Now that he’s gone, he is excited to return. He feels like this trip gave him a small taste of all the good things he wants to come back and enjoy in depth.

We just returned from our trip to Israel. We are so happy with the trip we wanted to write and thank you and the rest of the Ayelet staff.

Our Rabbi created a wonderfully enjoyable and enlightening itinerary for our group, and we appreciate Ayelet's role in putting his vision and plan into action.

Our guide was tremendously knowledgeable about Israel's history, culture, geography, geology, and more, and was passionate, witty, and warm. He learned every person's name, and always invited questions. Together, Rabbi and guide helped our group understand the context and meaning as well as the factual information about the many places we visited. The trip was well organized and we always felt that we were in good hands.

The trip to Israel was awesome .Truly a trip of a lifetime! I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT! Our guide was so knowledgeable and had such a great love for his country and Israel's history that he was an inspiration to all of us on the trip. He wanted for all of us to share in the history and to bring back to the USA some of the great things happening in Israel- not just the problems with defending the country. Our itinerary was so extensive - we truly saw most of the highlights of the country in a short time. I have to thank you for making this trip as inspiring, as thrilling and as memorable a trip as it was. TODA!

We had an amazing trip, exceeding our expectations. The trip was carefully planned with a wide variety of sites and adventures for all to enjoy from we the grandparents, to our children and especially our grandchildren. We were physically spent at the end of each fully-packed day, but also mentally charged from all that we experienced. We felt we were deeply and truly immersed in the Israeli culture and experience with a better understanding of Israel's strife.

Dear Ayelet,

We have returned from our trip to Israel and would like to take this time to thank you for all your help.

It was a great trip. Having never been there, and hearing so much about Israel,we were so happy to have used your travel agency.

Our tour guide from Tel Aviv through Jerusalem, was the best part of the trip. His name is Aharon and his driver was Slava. He did everything possible to make our trip both pleasurable and informative.

We had Shavout in the middle of our trip and one of the most important sites scheduled for that day was the Tunnel Wall in the Old City. Aharon was able to schedule this for early am on another day. It's very hard to get in to see this without a reservation.

Aharon displayed the utmost professionalism and knowledge and was able to convey his love of his Country to all of us.

As for the hotels, they were all fabulous and I would recommend them all.

The Imbal in Jerusalem and the Le Meridian in Eilat were great. The Le Meridian upgraded us to a suite and included dinners without us asking for anything.

I was hesitant about going to Jordan but wanted to see Petra and that was also great. The Jordanian tour guide was most helpful and and informative.

All the other people connected with this tour were great and their genuine display of caring was evident.

For those people who are hesitant and "afraid" of planning a trip to Israel, they should know that they are being placed in good hands by your tour group and your affiliate in Israel and should not worry about a thing.

So on behalf of myself and Marsha, thanks again for your help.

Overall we were delighted with our experience. Our guide Julie was excellent and Avi was a superb driver. All hotels were fantastic! Food also was great.
